Our Programmes

Remedial Education Outreach Program

The program supports children who experience learning difficulties by providing structured, individualised, and child-centred academic support. The programme focuses on early identification of learning gaps, development of personalised learning plans, and small-group or one-on-one interventions in collaboration with caregivers and schools. Through age-appropriate strategies and continuous monitoring of progress, the outreach program helps children strengthen foundational skills, build confidence, and re-engage meaningfully with learning.

Arts-Based Mental Health Program

This program uses creative mediums such as art, movement, music, and storytelling to support children’s emotional wellbeing and self-expression. The programme provides safe, nurturing spaces where children can explore feelings, build coping skills, and strengthen social–emotional development. By integrating arts-based approaches with age-appropriate psychosocial support, the program helps children develop resilience, confidence, and positive mental health in a non-stigmatizing and child-friendly manner

Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Blended Model

This program combines principles of Remedial Education with Foundational Literacy & Numeracy learning outcomes using structured in-person instruction with simple digital tools to strengthen early reading, writing, and numeracy skills. The model integrates classroom support, home-based practice, and continuous caregiver engagement to reinforce learning beyond the classroom. Through regular assessment, personalised learning plans, and data-informed review, the blended approach ensures consistent progress, scalability, and improved foundational learning outcomes for children.

Capacity Building Program for Municipal Teachers

This program focuses on strengthening teachers’ skills to support inclusive, child-centred classrooms. The programme provides practical, hands-on training in foundational literacy and numeracy, classroom strategies for diverse learning needs, and socio-emotional support for children. Through continuous mentoring, classroom-based support, and reflective practice, the program equips municipal teachers to improve learning outcomes and create responsive, supportive learning environments.
